Legal Owner Information

Are you the legal owner?

If the legal owner does not live in the City of Charleston or if the legal owner is a corporate entity, we must have a local contact. Who is the local custodian of the property who can care for and accept legal notices regarding the property?

For example, if the property is owned by a corporation, LLC, estate, trust, or partnership we must have all contact information for all officers, executor, or principals, for legal notice of fees and service of process.

If there is liability insurance in force for the property? If so, provide proof of insurance (5MB Limit, .PDF or .DOCX Only).

Provide documentation to support your request for removal. Supporting documents could be: executed leases for occupancy, certificate of occupancy issued by the City of Charleston, real estate agency contract to market the property, issued City of Charleston Building Permit for rennovation, picture of demolished structure, etc. (5MB Limit, .PDF, .DOCX or .JPG Only)
